Pallet Policy

Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd has strict policies in place for pallets.

Pickups

Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd will exchange pallets on pickups that require so, if our driver does not have any pallets on-board to exchange. Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd will drop the pallets owed on the next vehicle in the area or the sender may transfer onto Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd's account. If transferring onto Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd's account, the sender is required to call Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd 's pallet control (3277 8792) to ensure it is accepted

Deliveries

Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd will exchange at the receiving premises on a one for one basis. If the pallets are not available, the pallets will be transferred to the receivers account. If the receiver does not have an account, the customer will be liable for a fee nominated by Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd. Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd has the right to refuse delivery if none of the above are achievable.

Transfers

Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd will only accept transfers that have been prearranged / approved.
