Blacks Transport (QLD) Pty Ltd believes the only way to ensure the highest level of customer service is to keep your customers 'in the know' about transport, safety and compliance. This section will provide you with an overview of what we expect and what you can expect from us.

Ensure open & close times are advised and special instructions are notified - tailgate, hand unload deliveries etc.

Ensure freight is packed & labelled correctly

Customers

Ensure Dangerous Goods is declared and appropriate documentation is sent with the driver

Ensure paperwork is sent with the freight (Connote or your companies POD)

Ensure pallets are booked in with correct details; weight, dimensions, pallet exchanges etc.

Provide 14 day accounts to clients that use us regulary

Pickup & delivery of your product in a safe, timely manner

Provide cost effective solutions to our clients

Provide online scanned PODS. Your companies own POD or one of our connotes
